During my spring break this year, I went with Campus Crusade to the Dominican Republic where we shared the gospel at the Universidad Autonomo; it's the oldest university in the Americas and has over 160,000 students. One day, a group of us were waiting for directions to our next ministry site on campus while some of the leaders were finishing up conversations. I was sitting on a wall with another girl, and we ended up talking to a guy sitting by us. He was a Haitian there to study and spoke a little English and Spanish. Well we talked with him for a while, and had the opportunity to share the gospel with him. He was very interested but had a few questions that he couldn't really explain in English. Another guy from our team who spoke better Spanish came over, answered his questions, and at the end of it all, the student wanted to bring God into his life. We walked him through the prayer, celebrated with him, and then introduced him to the campus staff from Campus Crusade there. It was just a great experience that showed us how God can move even when we're not doing "ministry." God is almighty and only wants to use us for his Glory!
